About Graysonside
Cosy Lake District Guest House .
Graysonside Guest House is a former farmhouse, set within the Lake District National Park. It is located just a few minutes drive away from the centre of Cockermouth – home to the famous poet William Wordsworth. Graysonside accommodates both corporate/business and tourist guests, and is situated in a good location for both the Western Lakes (Bassenthwaite, Loweswater, Crummock, and Buttermere), as well as the coastal towns of Workington, Whitehaven and Maryport. We are only a 20 minute drive to Keswick and 30 minutes to Carlisle.
Due to its location, Graysonside has an abundance of wildlife. We are regularly visited by red squirrels, a great spotted woodpecker, garden birds , rabbits and hedgehogs roaming the garden. You can sit and watch our wildlife from our conservatory breakfast room . open and relaxing and a breakfast that is freshly prepared.
Graysonside also offers the additional benefits of free off-road parking, a secure cycle lock-up and free Wi-Fi.
electric car charging points coming soon.
We look forward in welcoming you to Graysonside and we hope you will have a relaxing stay .
